Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your DVRK account and associated data, send an email to hello@dvrk.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", sent from the email address registered on your account. We will confirm receipt and process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Once processed, we delete your account profile, store data, and customer/order records associated with your store from our production systems, along with any stored third-party integration credentials (ad platform tokens, payment/shipping credentials). We may retain limited data where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, for the minimum period necessary.

Connected ad platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads)

If you connected a third-party ad platform, deleting your DVRK account removes the access token DVRK stored for that connection, so DVRK can no longer act on that account. This does not by itself revoke the authorization on the platform's side — to fully remove DVRK's access, also revoke the app permission directly in your account settings on that platform (for example, TikTok for Business → Apps, Meta Business settings → Business integrations, or Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access). You can also disconnect an integration at any time from DVRK's Integrations settings without deleting your whole account.
